I got this thinking it’d be super easy to carry around, but not really. The folding part is kinda clunky and doesn’t feel smooth at all. Plus, it takes up more space than I expected, so hauling it around is a bit of a hassle. For something that’s supposed to be portable, it’s just not giving that vibe

The battery life has been frustrating. I’ll charge it all the way, and it still won’t make it through my usual ride. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that feels really off for the price. Definitely not what I expected, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

It’s a decent little ride and I actually liked using it, but the battery didn’t last nearly as long as I thought it would. After a few short rides, it was already dead, so the range was a bit disappointing.

I’m not sure, but for what I paid, I expected better quality. It just didn’t feel worth the money to me

The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea where my order was most of the time. What made it more frustrating was that there weren’t any clear next steps or explanation of what I was supposed to do if the tracking stayed stuck. I just had to wait and guess.

I tried to return my order and it was just a hassle. The refund took forever to show up, and customer support didn’t really do much to help me out.

I kept checking the tracking myself because updates were barely happening, and it felt like the package was just sitting somewhere forever. By the time it finally showed up, I was more irritated than excited. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed anything by a certain date.

I really wanted this to work better while riding, but the screen is hard to see unless the lighting is just right, and the controls take more effort than they should. It’s one of those things where you end up fussing with it longer than you’d like.

But after using it for a little while, things started to feel loose and not as solid as they should. The battery and performance were also kind of all over the place, some days it seemed okay, other times it felt like it was struggling. For what I paid, I expected it to last longer and feel more reliable. I reached out to support too, but the replies were slow and not really helpful. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again.

My brake light stopped working, and it caught me off guard. I didn’t expect something like this to turn into such a headache, but driving at night suddenly felt unsafe and stressful. Not a fun thing to deal with when you’re just trying to get home.

The frame just felt really flimsy right away, like it was made with super cheap parts. I wasn’t expecting it to break that fast, sooo that was disappointing.

The bike looks nice enough, but the ride has been really uncomfortable for me. The seat feels way too hard, every bump hits more than it should, and after about 20 minutes my back was already sore. What made it more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take ownership of the problem or help sort it out. I’m not happy with the experience.

I bought my bike from Mihogo and now I’m stuck trying to find the spare parts I need. support hasn’t really been much help, and half the stuff looks out of stock or it’s just not clear what actually fits. so now the bike is just sitting here doing nothing. Really frustrating, honestly. I don’t think I’d buy again if getting parts is this difficult.

The suspension ended up being worse than I expected. It bottoms out easily, and even small bumps feel rough, like really rough for what I thought it would handle.

I was told this would arrive properly packaged and in good condition, but that definitely didn’t happen. The box showed up totally crushed, with the packaging ripped and dented all over. Frustrating when you’re promised better and then it arrives looking like it was tossed around

I reached out about my warranty claim right when I really needed the issue sorted, and the timing couldn’t have been worse. Instead of getting any real help, I just felt ignored and left hanging. Frustrating experience overall...

I’m disappointed with this bike. The grip is terrible on wet roads, and the tires seem to slip way too easily. It also feels really shaky when I’m turning, which makes me nervous, especially if I’m going a little faster. I brought up my concerns and kind of felt brushed off, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. For the price, I really expected something that felt a lot more stable and safe.
